At the age of 46, Marco Ruas (Pictures) returns to the ring this Saturday in Chicago after a six-year absence to face Maurice Smith (Pictures) in an International Fight League superfight. Anxious to return, Ruas, whose Southern California Condors also take the ring, said that this could be his last fight.

Mo Smith is and always has been heavily underrated, he will be far too much for Ruas to handle, just like the first time around... Smith's striking game is one of, if not the most technical in all of MMA history...

Man, he might be a bit of an underdog, but I'm gonna be pulling for Ruas in this fight, I'd like to see him leave the fight game with a win.

I am so excited for this fight. I've got tickets to see it live. Upper Balcony Second Row!! I'm also looking forward to seeing Travis Fulton - his record is like 177-42! Crazyness

i think there was another thread about this on here but im too lazy to check.....im a huge fan of ruas and i hope he wins, but mo had what was to me the first big upset in ufc when he won the belt and as someone said before has always been underrated in my eyes......should be fun to watch and for any old school fans itll be really nostalgic

Rothwell will murder Fulton. Fulton loses to everyone he fights that is worth a damn.

If Fulton really pushed his training he'd be a decent fighter, but I agree. Anybody in the top 30 would probably hand him his ass.

Fulton has fought some upper level competition: He has fought Joe Riggs, Forrest Griffin, Jeremy Horn, Dan Severn, Rich Franklin, Evan Tanner, Wesley Correira, Rico Rodriguez, Ian Freeman, Heath Herring, Pete Williams, and Matt Linland.

Now, most of these were losses, but to have 2 draws with Jeremy Horn and victories over Heath Herring, Wesley Corriera, and Joe Riggs has to say something about the guy.

I don't think he's the kind of guy who doesn't train hard, he just needs to train more often. A couple of years ago he fought five bouts in a single month! If he devoted more time to training, he would be a better figther.
