A little suggestion

Is there any chance of scrapping the 30 second rule between when you post or when you send out PM messages.

As I do a lot of games (no laughing) I will be updating or PMing a large group of people and that 3o second rule is a very tiny annoyance.

Does it annoy anyone else?

not me, but as busy as you are, i can see why it would bother you

Yes, I find it quite annoying but I think it's just there to prevent spam so I can live with it

Even shaving the wait times a little bit could make a big difference in the long run.

10-15 seconds wouldn't be too bad.

I don't know if you already do this but as camp leader you can PM everyone in your camp that's playing the particular game you're PM'ing about in one PM through your camp menu, and then do 6 at a time to non-camp members.

But otherwise, yeah, I've run into the 30 second rule quite a few times.

I do send regular PM's out to my whole camp, can I send a PM to my camp and just select certain camp members?

As regards what Budge said 15 seconds would be good!

Yeah, it's in the camp control options. I just transferred leadership in the camp I'm in because i'll be on vaca for a month otherwise I'd give you a step by step. But if 24 in your camp are playing, you can check the box for only their 24 names and that turns 4 PM's into one. Then 6 at a time for non-fight-camp members. Or you can just PM your whole camp and say "ignore if you aren't playing this game", then 6 at a time for non-camp members. Might speed it up if a lot in your camp are playing the particular game

No prob, it helps too to send out the pick reminders by checking only those who aren't showing as 100% picked.

It annoys me when I log on for the first time that day and want to comment on most of the recent news.

It annoys me too, Rabi.

Sometimes I want to do a few actions and be on my way but the 30 second rule keeps me online longer than I want to be.

One of the perks of being a mod! That, and the midget strippers that hippysmacker supplies to us on a weekly basis.
