The Acacia Strain - JFC

Just saw them on Thursday with August Burns Red. Strain live is like watching a war unfold in front of your eyes. There will be casualties. Just brutal. One of my favorite bands hands down. Place erupted when they played JFC.

i saw them on sunday with ABR as well. insane show. there was a wall of death during Carbomb by Acacia. all around awesome show, ABR was absolutely incredible live.

Love this album. One of my fav bands all time. Might even push Mastodon for a Grammy award.

For whatever reason, it just feels right to hear Phil Anselmo singing without Pantera playing behind him. At first I didn't think I could get used to it, but after a few months of listening to Down and Superjoint Ritual, I've become greatly accustomed to the fact that there is a Phil Anselmo beyond Panera.

This is one of my personal favorites, i like pretty much anything from this guy but it's the track im listening to right at the moment.

Props to you sir. Atmosphere are hometown heros up my way. Local boys done good. I met Sage on the street in front of First Ave when he was in town last year. Couldn't be a much nicer dude. They both killed it at Soundset.

I'm more of a metal head myself, but I can get into this sh*t.
