im not a computer guy and i wanna know how to do clickable link.

when you click on post reply, check on the right side where it says" add feature" (above the emoticons)...the first option says "insert web link", click on that and it'll say "please enter the text for the link to be displayed as", so thats the name it will appear on you post, so the most common is to put "LINK", than put "OK", and paste the link of whatever you are looking to add.
