This is what I usually do,
- Run Bleachers and do push - ups in order from 25 - 50 so your arms as well as your legs get stronger.
- After do 3 , 2 minute rounds of jump-roping to simulate the match
- Slam a medicide ball on the mat for 1 minute straight
- Run 15 sprints 40 yard each
- Get a kettle ball and do 20 sumo squats
- I also have a giant tire so I jump on and off it for a minute
- Then I wrestle with one of my team mates and work breakdowns, don't burn a lot of energy doing this
- When I get home I eat 2 banannas and have a Salad with no dressing, because I usually have to cut 17-18 pounds to get to 147
