I had to use the fight finder on this one, and I still don't think I got it right...
Chris Clark was the closest I could find... Lost to Fulton, Lost to Severn, avenged the loss to Mike Block, but he has actually been submitted 14 times more than he's won.... poor fella

No it refers to neer in the 1st person and refers to joe stevenson.
Read it again. I have beat a fighter who is in the top 10 of his division. Joe Stevenson is in the top 10 of his own division which is the lw division.
Now if I had said "I Have beaten a fighter who is in the top 10 in my division" it would not make sense because josh neer is a welterweight and joe stevenson was never ranked that high as a ww
