cool gif. Ironic how the camera shook just as Garcia was getting clobbered. I think it hit him right in the temple or just above.

I'm betting it's not a camera shake. That was done with After Effects, or similar program. Notice how the "camera" zooms in just before the "shake" to allow the image to move around. Also, you can see the added blur effect at the time of the punch.
It's tastefully executed without going over the top. Nice work.

That was a devastating KO. MTB is a bad man.

It's amazing to me that Leonard Garcia came in striking the way he did. Especially since he had such a significant reach advantage. I mean, I guess that's just the way the guy throws, but if you've got the reach advantage and you know you're facing a guy with power like MTB has, why would you put yourself in danger by throwing hard and in his face like that before you wore him down a bit by using your reach to establish dominance with the jab?

In MMA of course you've got to worry about the takedown, but it's matches like these that leave me wishing for the finesse of a well developed striking gameplan. For all intents and purposes Leonard Garcia should have had a much better showing. I wonder how Greg Jackson feels since I'm sure he knows all of this. Or, maybe the gameplan was to scare MTB with Garcia's power early.

He looks like he's around 165-170 when he fights. He's a big dude for a featherweight.

True that. Dude must make a hell of a cut to make 145.
