um.. yeah sure?

He is a featherweight and no matter how good people think he is, he would not cut it with the likes of Kenny Florian, Joe Daddy, BJ, Guida, ect.

Never. He fights at 145 and the UFC doesn't have that weight class. He doesn't want to move up to LW and Griffin doesn't want to cut to 145 again. The rematch will, most likely, never happen. The UFC will, most likely, never add the 145 weight class. Faber has said he won't move up. If he goes to the UFC then WEC dies. I think he will never fight in the UFC, but he could change his mind about moving up or WEC could fail on its own and UFC could add 145 inorder to keep him.

I disagree with that. I think he would have his hands full with those guys, but he is good. He is faster then all the LW in the UFC and could add power if he moved up. He wouldn't be dominate at 155 like he does at 145, but he could compete. I would say that he would crush Florian.

Hopefully never, 145 lb doesn't interest me at all and it seems to not interest the UFC either.

I disagree, as the sport grows they will add more weight classes. It won't be anytime soon though.

Really? IMO the lighter weights are def the most exciting.

They will not add it as long as the WEC exists. Zuffa will want to keep WEC alive and they won't be able to do that without 145 and 135. They won't be able to do it without Faber. They won't add 145 unless WEC fails. Your right about "not any time soon". If the WEC takes off then it will be never, if the WEC fails and Zuffa wants to cut its loses then they will add 145 if only to just get Faber.

Really? I would want to see some in shape fighters instead of chubby hw's who gas in the first round.

Just because I said I don't like FW doesn't mean I do like HW. 145 lb come on that's some tiny people and it bores me with their lack of power. 155 is actually a different story because I enjoy 155. Anyway back to HW that's a very bad assumption to say they are chubby and gas. Munson, Nogeura, Couture, Arlovski, Cro-Cop, Kong vs..... Tim Sylvia. (UFC). Look at Tito he's in great physical shape but he still gassed against Rashad, and Franca was on steroids for gods sake and he still gassed at the end of that fight. Don't make generalizations.

I'm not saying every HW, there are very good conditioned HW's, but the average HW gasses quick. Also, Franca is not known for his conditioning what so ever, he's got horrible conditioning.

But you have to remember there are too many bigger guys in LW, and Faber is only 5'6". I mean so is sherk but hes a power house.

Faber should just stay where hes at, at 145. Unless he thinks he can step up to LW

he fights at 145 and won't move up to 155 so unless the fc brigns in 145ers you will never see him i think he is happy in the wec beign there poster boy.

HAHA wow...lack of power in FW. Man have you ever seen Norifumi "KID" Yamamoto fight? He hits like a HW and is tiny...btw that weight class is SO exciting!

I love any small weight class..I love the really low weights in Shooto and ZST
I also love FW and LW just as much.
