like i said, it all depends on the wrestler, triggs a bad example, that guy was an expert obviously, triggs a B level wrestler at best, and hes always been suceptible to submissions

not when both know sub defense. in today's MMA, knowing wrestling is better than knowing Judo. it has just been proven throughout recent history. if i was a fighter, and had a choice of only learning judo or only learning wrestling, i would learn wrestling. as would most fighters.
