Maybe this will answer some of my questions about kettle bell training now haha
I thought the videos (at least the ones that I viewed) were really detailed at teaching proper form and essential basics.
This week I plan on video taping myself running and see how my technique fairs and if not, where I can improve it.
The ketlebell stuff is pretty basic, but also essential IMO.
