this f**king cute girl keeps coming up to me to talk, i think she is 16 and i just turned 19 couple days ago. y'all think thats to old to even concern myself w/ her.
i know it dont seem like a big age difference but it just seems wierd being that im in college and shes in highschool

it seems like a big age difference in the eyes of the law, so id be careful with her, if you want to talk to her thats cool, but id wait for a couple of years before i tried to take anything too far with her...doesnt mean you cant talk to her and plant a seed in her head for when shes of age though

ya dude ur righ, eh f***k it. i dont know how many of you went to college but alot of the hot girls are sorority girls, and at my school they are all F**king Bitches, along with many other college girls that think theyre hot sh*t, i cant stand it.

What are the laws for that kind of stuff in the US? Can a 16-year old have sex with another 16-year old but an 18-year old can't have sex with a 16-year old?
Ethic(sp?)-wise I guess it's personal preference as long as it doesn't get disturbingly different.
19-16 as I see it is borderline. I wouldn't but wouldn't mind if one of my friends did. 19-15 would be pretty strange and I wouldn't think much of the guy and it would be illegal even in Sweden
I'm not 100% but I think that as soon as you're 16 in Sweden you can legally have sex with whoever you want.
Since you didn't mention it I guess she turned 16 this year.

same thing happened to me when i was 19. i dated her for a couple months i ended up breaking it off because she was needy, called too much, wanted me to be around 24/7 blah blah blah. then i learned that every damn girl is like that haha. oh well. in the end, do whatever you want, just make sure her parents won't throw your ass in jail.

I'm not the smartest fella, but 19-16 isnt that big if an age gap.
According to the law its a big enough gap to be prosecuted for, but if I am correct (and usually I'm not), its okay if she's 16 and its consentual, unless her parents think otherwise. Any younger and its statutory rape. It differs a little from state to state.

That's a big difference though. It's an 11 year gap between my uncle and his wife. If I'd be dating someone 11 years younger than me I'd be dating someone who hasn't finished 3rd grade yet and still thinks the stork brings the babies to the homes.

Well, yeah. The age gap between my parents is 10 years.
I didn't mean it quite like that though, LOL. Above the maturation level the acceptable age gap between two partners widens significantly, and increasingly with age. To restate myself, I personally don't think there is anything wrong with a 16yr old dating a 19yr old. They're maturation levels aren't that far apart.
