The IFL will promote no pay-per-views in 2008, but that is the least of the MMA group's problems. According to the the IFL's 10k SEC report filed on 4/15, the group has suffered a net loss of $31 million. The IFL received $1.6 million from MyNetwork TV for programming, but paid $15.9 million to run shows in 2007. As things stand, the group has insufficient funds to operate past the third quarter of this year.

I don't think this will come as a surprise to anyone really. So will any of the other orgs pick up any of the talent in the IFL.

I would like to see Vladdy in the UFC, and some of there other guys in the WEC, but I don't think anyone besides Vladdy is ready to be real competitive at the UFC level. Horodecki was their poster boy, and Schultz put a serious hurting on him, I think Chris might want to go to dream , as their rules, and ring might help him out. In the UFC I don't think he would last long against any of their good grapplers. Without the ropes to restart fights I fear he would be in trouble currently . A couple years from now, and some more muscle added, who knows. I think he's till only 19 , and has a lot of grappling to learn before he has any chance of being a well rounded MMA gut. His standup sure is fun to watch though I would really like to see him vs Spencer Fisher

Crap talent? There's a world outside of the UFC. All I'm going to say.

its not neccesarly crap talent, but they did overpay some of their fighters so that they wouldnt go to the UFC, or move somewhere else, unfourtunately most of the fighters didnt deliver, causing them to loose some serious money.

who knows, after all the UFC had something like 45 Million in losses, fortunately TUF was their savior, maybe the IFL can pull something out of their ass and get back into the mix.
