Good for him. I remember hearing about how he fought Joe Riggs before (lost though).

He went 2-2 in his MMA career. Maybe he wants to go over .500?

I was just looking up to see if he'd fought anyone new yet. I'm glad to see that he still has the time to do fight professionally. All the luck in the world to him.

Herb has some skills, but should train hard for this fight.
This is a previous Herb Dean fight: (not very entertaining)

I saw him fight Tim Mendoza, a guy from my gym who had no place being in the ring, at KOTC sosboba casino. He wupped him, but Iike I said this guy had no business being in there. I would like to see him fight someone of better quality to see what he's go though. I looked Legeno up and he beat Kimo and Severn. While they aren't anything special anymore IMO( if Kimo ever was) , but it's still better than Tim.

I don't remember if I read it in Real Fighter or some other magazine, but he trains with Rampage at Rampage's gym.

Herb "Stand any fighter up too soon" Dean to fight again? LOL

Herb needs to improve his reffing skills as he is probably the worst mma ref nowadays. Well maybe not worst, but he's certainly in contention for most controversial/questionable actions as the 3rd man.

-Edson Drago vs. Gary Turner

I'm looking forward to this one, Gary is one of the best kickboxers to come out of the UK, not only that but he has a substantial amount of BJJ and MMA training and I think he will suprise many with another victory against Drago.

Thompson - Cabbage, Tenzig - Butterbean, should both be entertaining brawls. lol.

Does anyone know what tv channel they show Cage Rage on in the UK?

I wouldnt mind watch this card, I want to see the Butterbrawl, he is always good to see, and watching James Thompson is always a laugh, though not always for the right reasons.

Is it just me or having Referres has fighters is a awesome idea.
Firstly: They know their shit. They know whena fighter is hurt, or is clost to tappin.
Secondly: If shit gets crazy in the ring they can handle themselves.

Yeah. Guys that let it all hang out in the ring are terrible to watch. I also hate watching fights where a guy will personally thank his fan club on air after his fights.

See, we in the WarWagon realize that JT may not have the best record... the best skills (although they are growing by the day)... The rep of being the "hot new thing this week AKA Soko or Houston Alexander...

One thing JT has is integrity... And a huge heart. Is Thompson the best fighter in MMA? No. Is he the best person in MMA? It would be tough to prove otherwise.

JTWW: Through the good, bad and ugly... The one thing we are not, are fair weather fans. Take a page from our book, and back a fighter regardless of his record, image, or "weekly buzz"... you wont be sorry.

I'm not gonna hijack this thread, so the first thing I wanna say is war Herb. He's not great, but it's good to see him keeping in the game. I'll root for him just cuz he is Herb and idk his opponent. Hopefully he'll be better than .500.

Secondly tho, what don't you like about watching JT fight was it the way he went after Alex like a house of fire?, was it the way he killed Yoshida even when it went to the ground?, was it the way he and Don Frye put on a slugfest the likes of which haven't been seen in mma in a long time (couldn't believe it went so far, but Frye stayed up...)?, or were you put off by the BB robbery?
