Not sure how much it will help Rampage, but Bisping is going to Big Bear to train with him (it will be a HUGE help to Bisping, in my opinion).

Bisping looks like a duck waddling when he punches, he has poor form. Rampage's camp will help that tremendously. He could potentially get a lot more power, but he needs to get quicker. He needs a very good takedown defense against Hamill though. It's no doubt Hamill will show up in great shape and conditioned. I think the fight may come down to attrition, and Hamill has a chance.

Hamill doesnt train with tito anymore, matt's trainers wanted matt to go somewhere else to train.
plus everyone at big bear was probably sick of hamill and his ego
