WEC 43, originally slated for Sept. 2 in Youngstown, Ohio, has hit a bit of a snag and will be pushed back to Oct. 10 and moved to a different venue. The fight card, however, will remain intact with a main event bout pitting Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone against Ben Henderson to declare a WEC interim lightweight championlink here
My dislike for his recent actions aside, I do feel bad for the Cowboy. Then again, maybe this is karma. Seems like the WEC Lw belt is cursed.
Cerrone cant catch a break can he?
OOOOOOUCH. Just as he was getting ready to wind down his training camp...
as a fan i gotta say it sucks that there were fans that probably are flying in to see the fight, booked a hotel, while others probably asked for days off work to drive to go see it, now it's not only postponed but changed to different site,
it's hard getting the time off and shelling out the money, but yes they will get a refund in say 8 weeks but they should get extra as well
