At least according to Sports Illustrated. They recently rated the 25 toughest athletes in all sports, and the highest-ranked MMA fighter was #3-Anderson Silva, ranked only behind Iditarod champion Lance Mackey at #2 and Tiger Woods at #1. The only other MMA fighter on the list was Fedor at #8.
