For me it's..

Shogun vs. Henderson - UFC 139
Silva vs. Le - UFC 139
Torres vs. Pace - UFC 139
Bader vs. Brilz - UFC 139
Fedor vs. Monson - M-1 Global: Fedor vs. Monson
Eddie Alvarez vs. Michael Chandler - Bellator 58
Hector Lombard vs. Trevor Prangley - Bellator 58

And let's not forget Cage vs. Cons 2!

Prolly Shogun/Hendo the most.

Then Kampmann/Story.

A lot of the fights I can see going either way on the UFC card.

In Order:

1. Shogun vs. Hendo
2. Alvarez vs. Chandler
3. Silva vs. Le
4. Weidman vs. Lawlor
5. (This one probably won't get any votes but...) Derek Brunson vs. Nate James
