So i have been trying to cut down body fat % for the summer while doing weight lifting and some cardio. I feel i am not getting the results that i should. I am kind of strict on my diet, (maybe a day a week ill eat some junk food) but i was wondering if maybe my diet was TOO strict and i am actually depriving myself of the proper nutrition that my body needs.
So i was wondering if anyone knows any good books that i could buy and just educate myself better. Any help is appreciated.
