Commission didnt rob him. He failed a piss test. Diaz should have known better than to smoke weed. In the commissions eyes a drug is a drug and it dosent matter what it is. You fail you lose!!

Then why don't they change decisions after a fighter tests positive for steroid use? An actual performance inhancing drug? For example, Tim Sylvia's "win" over Gan McGee...

And further more, where does a boxing comission get off speculating on the "pain-killing" effects of THC? Or even assuming that he was under the influence during the actual contest? They said that after the first round they noticed that his eyes were glazed over... After he had been popped by Gomi a good couple times?

Exactly... I want any drug related wins ruled no contest if your going to start with Diaz, who took a drug that didn't enhance nothing.
