Gesias “JZ” Calvancante vs. Shinya Aoki Set for March K-1 Show

The hotly anticipated Gesias “JZ” Calvancante (14-1-1) vs. Shinya Aoki (12-2) match-up — first promised to the world and then removed from a New Year’s Eve “Yarennoka!” card in Japan — has been reset for a March date in Japan.

American Top Team General Manager Richie Guerrero confirmed the K-1 sanctioned fight during his appearance on Wednesday’s episode of TAGG Radio

Although his opponent has not yet been named, fellow ATT fighter Denis Kang (27-9-1) is also scheduled to appear on that card, Guerrero said
