Carmont is big for 185, pretty well rounded and good training partner's.

Carmont didn't have the body hooks locked in, but had Vemola's other arm trapped with his legs.

I didn't see that until the replay and I didn't think Carmont was going to get the choke as I thought Vemola could spin out of it, but the arm was trapped.
