August 4th will be a five-round light heavyweight battle between two of the best Muay Thai strikers in the game, Brandon Vera and former champion Shogun Rua. Rua is riding the momentum of the fight of the century against Dan Henderson, while Vera is back in the win column and looking to make a statement after being sidelined earlier this year due to injury himself.

not a big fan of the poster but the I actually really like the card. I think they'll nail it with ratings for casual fans in this one. Pumped for Machida vs Bader especially

Shogun vs. Vera will only be fun because Shogun is going to run right through him.

Bloody Elbow will have something better than this. I like most of their creative posters. It's really all they're good for.

Stupid main event cuz Shogun bitched out bad..."A win against Texeira does nothing for me." So what the fuck does a win against Vera do for u?!?!?! Vera is kinda fortunate to still be in the UFC

That poster sucks, and Bader is gonna think he's fighting a ghost. There's no way he gets anywhere near Machida with that robotic stand-up and super predictable footwork. Countered > and out.
