One of the most prestigious grappling competitions in the world lands in China for the first time on October, and their list of competitors has four fighters currently on the UFC roster.

Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championship, also known as ADCC, announced on Monday that Dong Hyun Kim has been confirmed to compete in the 169-pound division on Oct. 19 and 20 in Beijing, China.

Jiu-Jitsu specialists Rousimar Palhares, Vinny Magalhaes and Fabricio Werdum are also confirmed at the competition. UFC veterans Dean Lister and Jon Olav Einemo are also listed...

Not surprised by the Brazilians named, but I really didn't expect to see Kim in one of these competitions. Actually, I'm pretty pumped to see his name on the list, I might actually tune in if I can remember. Hopefully Paul Harris tweaks out again.
Someone's name is Doorwang????????

I think Palhares is the favorite to win his division. I also think that Braulio will defeat Galvao, just like he did in the 2009 under 88kg finals.

I've seen recent training videos of Einemo - and he has slimmed down, but surprised to still see him in the under 217lb division.

Definitely interested to see if Buchecha could take gold over the likes of Vinny.
That being said, i've heard that Werdum would not be competing this year according to the ADCC site - but on other sites he is?

I'd assume since Galvao and Braulio doing a superfight... that its Palhares who will likely win his division.
