where did my forearms go???

I have been working out for about 7 months now and I have no forearms.
I have no problem buiding muscle on the rest of my body but my forarms look like i stole them from a third grade girl with an eating disorder. what are some good excercises for building up your forearms?

get a bench bar and do wirst curls

also try getting a pole not too long about a foot tie a rope wire whatever to the middle and wined up the rope then wind it down also tie the other side of the rope to a weight about 5 lbs should be a good start

forearms (like claves) take a lot of work to respond...wrist curls are good and you should get those hand grips that you pull together with your hands, whenever you are bored just sit there and use it cost like 3 bucks, worked for me.

If you do not have a bar grab a dumbell and do the same thing

when i played baseball i used the short pipe with a weight on the end of a string thing. you just roll the weight up and then roll it back down. this worked well for me when i was younger.

Try a heavy farmers walk. Basically grab 2 heavy dumbells, hold them by your sides and carry them for time or distance. Do it 2-4 times. Should burn the forearms pretty good....It does for me anyways.
