Allright guys i got a huge question.Right before football season started i was benching 145.We have not worked out since we do not even have a weight room in our field house.What do you think my bench will be when we start back and be serious do not joke around.

I'd say a little lower than normal. Prolly 135ish, but it really depends on your diet. When your not lifting, you can eat to "maintain" so you won't lose muscle as much.

Too many factors come into play. Given that you stay healthy and work out hard during football season I'd guess a 10-20 lb. gain isn't stretching it. But on the very same token a 10-20 lb. drop wouldn't be a surprise at all, either. Since you only bench 145 I'd say that you are not an experienced weight lifter and you're a young guy still growing. Given all of that I'd expect a 10-20 lb. increase more than I'd suspect the decrease. Only time will tell, though.

I agree with ya on that we have not even been in the weight room since july.

yea man, i do track in college and the coach has us on this retarded workout, we have not lifted in 5 weeks... before i weighed 186ish and my bench was 300, now im 182 and would be lucky to put up 280....... no lifting=bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
