Butterbean by KO early on. The longer the fight went, the less Chance Bean would have.
Bean would never get the fight though, he doesnt have the promotion or the management to get it, and Floyd is being protected, so the only person that can dent his reputation is Hoya.

Butterbean is a monster in the early rounds, his knockout power is huge and his chin is made of steel. Floyd is soft in comparison, but has conditioning that Bean doesnt.
Butterbean would KO him, but they will never meet. The only people Mayweather will ever fight again are Oscar and Ricky Hatton.

If you want an honest answer... Floyd would run from him and pepper him with jabs and win a decisionl... I don't think PBF could hurt him in anyway, but he's too allusive for Bean to land that big shot...
