Hard to tell from just these pictures how much smaller he's gotten, but he was said to be in good spirits and showing no ill effects from whatever he had:

IMO: Lesnar should grow a massive beard. Also, Lesnar should heal up and get back in the cage as soon as he is able....just so he can fight Mir for a 3rd time.

It's hard to tell. His hands are still freaking massive, though. I'm curious to know how much weight he can pack back on.

Its definitely hard to say, he is also sitting which doesn't help, but if you look at his face he just looks thinner. From the pictures it doesn't look like he would fit in his shorts anymore.

I'm sick of the Mir feud for now. I want to see Brock develop his experience against a broad spectrum of fighters and then finish the feud with Mir maybe 2 years from now.

Hey guys, I ran across this video from the Lesnar camp explaining a few things about his situation. It say's he is maintaining a weight of around 275 lbs right now. I hope that helps those of you who were wondering out.

Looks like you were pretty much on the money. The video said he is maintaining 275 (as Adrenaline pointed out) and will be able to easily go back up to his natural weight of 300.
