Solid night of fights, witha lot of new top contenders. Main event wasn't spectacular but wasn't really Gray's fault... anyway here's what i think.

Gray Maynard - Donald Cerrone
Clay Guida - Edson Barboza or Jeremy Stephens
Sam Stout - Takanori Gomi
Spencer Fisher - retire
Brian Ebersole - Rick Story
TJ Waldburger - Stephen Thompson
Cub Swanson - Charles Oliveira or Siver/Yagin winner
Ross Pearson - Bart Palaszewski
Ricardo Lamas - Chan Sung Jung
Hatsu Hioki - Dustin Poirier or Diego Nunes
Ramsey Nijem - Paul Taylor
CJ Keith - Marcus LeVesseur
Rick Story - Brain Ebersole or Mike Peirce
Brock Jardine - Besam Yousef or Cut
Steven Siler - Gamburyan/Omigawa winner or Darren Elkins
Joey Gambino - Maximo Blanco
Chris Camozzi - C B Dolloway or Brad Tavares
Nick Catone - Kyle Noke
Matt Brown - Mike Pyle or John Hathaway
Luis Ramos - cut
Dan Miller - Matt Riddle
Ricardo Funch - cut
Ken Stone - Johnny Bedford
Dustin Pague - Byron Bloodsworth

Gray Maynard - preferably Gilbert Melendez but I'd be down for a Pettis fight too
Clay Guida - Jamie Varner
Sam Stout - Edson Barboza
Spencer Fisher - I'd like to see him fight again but if he's done then so be it.
Brian Ebersole - A drop to lightweight to fight Mark Bocek or Evan Dunham
TJ Waldburger - Carlos Eduardo Rocha
Cub Swanson - Siver/Yagin winner
Ross Pearson - Bart Palaszewski (nice suggestion, I agree)
Ricardo Lamas - Dustin Poirier or Eric Koch (I'd rather see KZ fight Aldo)
Hatsu Hioki - Steven Siler
Ramsey Nijem - Daron Cruickshank
CJ Keith - Yoislandy Izquierdo
Rick Story - Dong Hyun Kim
Brock Jardine - Jake Hecht
Steven Siler - Hatsu Hioki
Joey Gambino - Maximo Blanco
Chris Camozzi - Tom Lawler
Nick Catone - Caio Magalhaes
Matt Brown - Hardy/Amir winner
Luis Ramos - cut
Dan Miller - James Head
Ricardo Funch - cut
Ken Stone - John Albert
Dustin Pague - Jeff Hougland

Ricky Story is an extremely tough opponent to match up against for a UFC debut.....lets not forget what everyone was thinking about him this time last year. That being said I think it's a little unfair to suggest the Jardine be cut after just one fight....he did take it to decision at least.

That's true but I just think Jardine looked awful throughout the fight, deffs not UFC material, but you never know, could be octagon jitters but those punches were hard to watch.

FW matchups will be interesting and now Dana reconsidering Koch/Aldo with all this FW mess.

I think you keep Koch/Aldo b/c I'd hate to see his title shot taken away, even though I didn't think he should get it.

Then maybe Jung/Lamas for the winner of that title fight. Or maybe Jung gets the next shot.

I think the "reconsidering Koch vs. Aldo" soundbite does not really exist. I did not see the presser, but the sort of quote I saw in the Junkie story was, "Now that Aldo's out, you know how that stuff works." Seems mostly like a guess at this point.

Brock Jardine will get another fight. He went to decision with Rick Story after a three-week notice.
