Travis "Iron Man" Fulton has the most. I think second and third would be Jeremy Horn and then Shannon "The Cannon" Ritch.

I don't think you're going to find anyone with more, unless you believe Ricksons 400-0 record.

If you're talking non-MMA, there are tons of guys with more fights though. Some judokas and wrestlers have over 1000 matches in a lifetime.

Pawel Nastula had some sort of rediculous Judo record before he started MMA... He was like 300something and 0, I think he was basically considered the Rickson of Judo for a while...

Rickson's record, not only unofficial, I think also encompasses a lot of BJJ fights (not necessarily MMA fights)

He has a much bigger record than that, he went 326 (I believe) in a row without losing, but he fought long before that aswell...

And as far as Rickson goes, there is no proof that he went 400-0, even Helio discreditted once... and also he lost a Sambo match...

As far as non-MMA, I know plenty of wrestlers who have officially wrestled in well over 500 matches before graduating High School, counting Folkstyle, Greco-Roman, and Freestyle. I probably averaged 55 matches a year from 9th grade thru 12th and I wasn't hitting the wrestling tournaments hard. It is sick what some of the ELITE wrestlers' records are coming out of HS. One big plus for wrestling though, when you lose, it is a lot easier to wrestle again, as opposed to MMa where your body usually took a serious pounding.

Just looked it up, I know Sherdog's fightfinder isn't 100%, but it's as close as we're gonna get.

Fulton: 176 - 41 - 9 = 226 Divided by 10.75 years = 21.02 fights per year (first fight Jul 96)
Horn: 79 - 15 - 5 = 99 Divided by 11.08 years = 8.94 fights per year (first fight Mar 96)
Severn: 77 - 14 - 7 = 98 Divided by 13.41 years = 7.31 fights per year (first fight Dec 94)

Considering Dan's age, that's just amazing he can keep that pace! And I remember the early UFC they talked about how many Sambo, Wrestling and other Grappling matches he had pre-UFC. I forgot the number but it was unreal. (700 keep popping into my head, but don't quote me on that)

That's just crazy for a MMA. With 41 losses, you know there were at least 4 poundings a year too.

Shonie Carter has appartenyl 66 wins according to the UFC, but Sherdog only has him listed has 33 wins..
Weird but i know he has competed in all types of Martial Arts including Kickboxing, Karate, and some judo too i think.
