i'm just about 250.6 . it getting really hard to lose the ****** weight. i almost want to quit. it hard keeping the weight you lose of and still have time to lose some more weight. i take in at less then 2000 calories a day and no more pop and i never drink beer. walking / running every day for 1-2 hr because of college/work also working out 1 or 2 with swimming.
