I know it's a stupid question, but I'm new to this. Do you have to pick the way the fight ends in the Fantasy Picks section. And what happens if you pick the winner right but the round or way it ends wrong?

pick all 3 for each one you get points if you are right

Picking the winner is the most important one. It's worth the most points, plus you can only gain points from the other two categories if you pick the winner correctly.
If you pick the winner, you get 5 points. The round and details are both worth 2 points apiece, but are only awarded if you pick the winner correctly. If you get all three, a 2 point bonus is awared.
If the picks are fairly even for the 2 fighters, then a 2x bonus is awarded...double point more or less.
