More evidence to support the idea that the best brawls are between the least skilled fighters.

It was a cool fight to watch but the reason no one dropped is becuase... neither one has much power....frye used to be a boxer...but those days are long gone..and thompson is huge but still really doesent have KO power.

Greatbrawl, I enjoyed it immensely , but I wouldn't even say it was even Frye's bets brawl. His fights with Takiyama/Shamrock were better IMO, and there have 2 really good brawls this year that I liked a litttle better. Gomi/Diaz and Huerta/Grcia come to mind pretty quick. I think if the IFL wants to sell tickets they should run a Frye/Shamrock 2

It was a good brawl, but I wouldnt call it "Fight of the decade". Frye isnt what he used to be, he is getting on a bit now, and Thompson might be huge, but he isnt really that strong and doesnt have much in the way of technique.

I think I enjoyed Huerta vs. Garcia a bit more, probably cause it lasted longer.....
No, not at all. Moved to the lounge.

Yeah, and those fighters are on a different skill level as well.

And Garcia smiling throughout the whole fight had me laughing continuously.

Fight of the decade? Are you serious? This was a very sloppy fight imo.
