Fickett or Shields

Imo this is the clash of the number one and two ranked welterweights outside of the UFC (and that inlcudes Condit).

I think Fickett can and will pull off the upset. Fickett by RNC towards the ends of round 3 or 4.

I think Jake Shields can pull out a hard fought UD.

I hope Fickett can pull this off man he's awesome, he fought extremely well against Karo, at one point i thought they were going to stop the fight because of that cut. I think Fickett can take Shields

I think that Shields will take Fickett down at will kinda like Koscheck did until Koscheck got stupid. Drew will eventually make a mistake and Shields will lock in a fight ending Rear Naked Choke late in the 3rd Round.

That would be just as Ironic as Gonzaga KO'ing Cro Cop with that Head Kick.

I gotta go with Shields here... he will take Fickett down at ease en route to a decision or a late round submission.

I hope Fickett Murdalizes him.
I've never liked any of the Cesar Gracie boys.

I've never though highly of Fickett. I think Shields will depose easily of him like Nick did. I think he will control the fight with good paced GNP until sometime in the 2nd when he locks in a submission.

Them Cesar Gracie Boys done did it again.

Don't underestimate Fickett's ground game he submitted Pellegrino who is a BJJ black belt plus 21 out of his 32 wins are by way of sub so he definately won't be lost if it goes to the ground.

not sure how but shields will win. fickett is damn good but shields could be the best ww in the world.
