Fedor vs Anybody.

I am tired of these. There is about eight people who think somebody can beat Fedor, and they're prolly drunk. Everbody knows the deal. Barnett v. Fedor. CC Fedor II. Fedor is not human.

Ok, and the point of this thread is...

Hopefully we will have the priviledge of finding out in the UFC sometime soon.

Nastula would destroy Fedor... Barnett will give him a run for his money and might win...

While I agree he is the best, everyone has an off night sometime or another. He also cuts pretty easy it seems. I just hope he gets in the UFC ASAP.

Which Natsula are you talkin about? Obviously it's one that only you have heard of. Or maybe I'm just missin your sarcasm....

I dont know what side the thread starter is on but i'm pretty much sick of everyone saying how godly Fedor is, Fedor this, Fedor that. It's pretty lame. He can be beat, and he will be beat, and I cant wait to see it happen. OVERRATED.

Pawel Nastula is definitely one bad ass Judoka, but I don't see him beating Fedor in MMA. I do have to say that I think Nastula could beath him in Judo (I know Fedor practices Sambo, but they're really similar)

He only needs to improve his gas tank and striking, and he has Fedor's number easily.

I hope fedor comes to the ufc so we can find out will anyone beat him but i dont really see anyone that can at the moment

At this point in his existence, Fedor-Bot 2.0 is unbeatable. No one has found a way to hack into his system and shut him down, but Tsuyoshi Kohsaka exposed a critical system error in Fedor-Bot 1.0, which was the weak outer shell(or the "skin")thus allowing him to win. But, until someone finds a weakness in the firewall of Fedor-Bot 2.0, he is unbeatable.






He'll lose eventually. Someone will beat him due to an injury or a random cut, or they will just straight up beat him which I don't think is very likely.

Fedor could be a "roider" for all you know.

Not saying he is, but you can't say he isn't either with the rules where he was fighting.

I disagree A LOT with this. Lately I've wanted to completely just yell out F@%# FEDOR in every other thread because people talk so highly of him. He doesn't defend his title nearly as often as he should to be considered godly. Cro-Cop can beat him, Couture can beat anybody if he's fighting 100% and honestly I think he's stronger than Fedor, Gonzaga would need more time but in the future he will be able to beat him, AA and Sylvia always have a punchers chance especially if Fedor can't get the takedown, and Barnett has a very good chance of controlling Fedor. Of course right now if I had to bet everything I own on Fedor vs. one of the guys I mentioned I would bet Fedor, but he surely isn't impossible and we are going to see guys twice as dominant as him in a few decades.

Richie I will never cease to be amazed by your awe of Nasty. If this fight ever happens please come to my house, that way we could bet real money on it. I would bet you a 1000$ real money Fedor would finish him in the first. I read on here somewhere you are gonna be at UFC close to my house, so if you live in Cali you are welcome to come by anytime. The last big time judoka( Ogawa) Fedor faced got wupped and submitted in under a minute. I know you are a big judo guy, but I think it clouds your vision on this issue. Yes, everyone is beatable, and I agree that Barnett could give him a run for his money. However, I have seen all 4 Nastula fights and I think all he's shown is potential to maybe be a top 10 guy someday. His only win is against Drago , who has never beat anyone even top 30 . He did fight 2 top 5 guys in Nog and Barnett and lost in the first round. He even got subbed by the lesser Emnelienko( Aleks) in the first. So after not even getting out of the first round against those 3 , how you believe he would beat Fedor amazes me. I have read so many of your post on Nastuala /Fedor and your reasons why and I respectfully disagree. In conclusion, I think Fedor would beat him in the first round, and it wouldn't even be close.

Fedor actually competes in both Sambo AND Judo and holds a master of sports in both disciplines. He's just better at Sambo. Nastula would defeat him in Judo as he would likely defeat virtually everyone in the world at Judo, but I also find the notion of Nastula beating Fedor in MMA to be pretty laughable based on what he's shown us thusfar.

Based on what he's shown thus far?!?!?!?!?! The guy came in saying he only wanted to fight the best, which he did. He lost simply because he never trained right. He never had a gas tank and he always lost composure, as far as skill level goes he was beating Nog on the ground, overpowering Barnett and making Aleks look like a complete fool in the ring respectively each time he lost.

...and even in Sambo, Nastula would crush Fedor badly!

You know you're just proving my point by posting this right? I said that he lost composure every time he lost, it doesn't change the fact that even in his losses he made his opponents look silly, no one seems to want to give him credit for this yet he made Nog look out of his element on the ground. Spend less time on the fightfinder and more time watching fights my friend...

Vs. Josh Barnett
Vs. Emelianenko
Vs. Drago
(Can't find the Nogueira one anymore. His best showing IMHO)

I have seen them, and what matters at the end of the day is Ws & Ls. You can forgive one or two losses to getting caught or cut...whatever. When you've lost 75% of your fights though....

I'm not denying that he is better than his record indicates, but he still lost all of those fights and he lost them to fighters who are inferior to Fedor... mostly in the first round. Fedor made Nogueira look a lot worse than Pawel did, I really don't see how you think he'd be able to last 20 minutes with fedor when he gets TKOed by a submission artists and submitted by a striker both times in the first round, regardless of if he looked impressive before losing.

It may be what matters to you, but it's not necessarily the truth at all. Carlos Newton is the best example I can think of to debate the point, and personally I make it a point not to try and judge someone based on his win/loss ratio, because it more often than not means jack shit. I do agree that Nastula hasn't performed to his abilities, but what I'm saying is that if he improved his cardio and actually kept to a plan, I see him easily shutting Fedor down.

It all comes down to wins and losses. It's not how good ya look losin.
