Fight lately?
I have not started competition fighting yet, but when I started training I was eating terribly, so I cut all of the excess salt, fat and Sugar from my diet that I could. I started to lose weight a lot easier, and my energy levels just shot up. Not only did I find that I was becoming a lot better at going top speed, for longer, my recovery times increased dramatically, from up to 4 days of feeling achey after training at first, to little or no discomfort the next day after training now. When I do finally get to step into the ring (and believe it, its something I can't wait to do, but not before I'm ready!) whats in my gas tank shouldnt be an issue, and I can focus completely on demolishing my opponents, and not worry about tiring out!
