I think Extreme Couture is the best right now. I do agree with Cmill's points, though. Just take a look at how the greco clinch was worked by Randy. You can't trap someone with a greco clinch against a ring like you can against a cage. Cardio wise Randy seems to have something figured out that no other camp has right now. Randy's cardio was unbelievable (as always) Forrest's was amazing, and I know without a doubt given a couple of rounds Gray Maynard's would have been, too.
MFS has certainly taken a bit of a lull lately, whereas a year and some ago they were the most dominant by far. I'd still put them in the top 5, though.
I think the number 2 spot goes to Greg Jackson's camp, and then from there you're talking brazilian camps.
I'd really like to see Team Quest step it up but without Matt Lindland able to compete in the UFC I don't know how we'll see too much more out of them outside of Hendo.
