EliteXC could be back on CBS in July

While not finalized, EliteXC promoter Gary Shaw said that CBS is requesting his company's next two live specials for late July (believed to be July 26) and October.
Timing is of the essence in getting an arena booked and beginning local publicity for a show that is now only six weeks away.

i would love to see what head liner they have, everyone is already fighting
even if you did have a heavyweight title match who the hell would fight??

Near the end of the article Shaw says Carano's next fight will be at 145 lbs. I know a lot of you hate to click on the articles let alone read them so I figured I would add to the post. I bet if I do a new news item with the Carano news as the headline that the thread gets more than 2 replies.

There's talk of Big Country Roy Nelson,the IFL hw champ,possibly fighting Bigfoot.If so i'd guess IFL is probably finished.And maybe even Jay Hieron vs Jake Shields for ww strap since Fickett is now fighting Ryan Ford at MFC 7-25 for their ww belt.
