ShoXC is happening in about a week and a half on the 26th and Elite on Oct. 4th? Just wondering why they aren't up?

They aren't bad, it wouldn't take much effort to put them up. If people don't want to put up any picks on them they don't have to. I personally wouldn't mind seeing the Elite card up. I know alot of people here would want to bet on Sham/Kimbo

The Oct 4th EXC might make its way up if the fights are halfway decent, as we've done all the other EXCs on CBS. We've never done ShoXC and never will, as its just amatuer level and we don't focus on that. We have a criteria for adding events to secondary league, and one of those is to have a majority of the fights feature guys an MMA fan has heard of, and ShoXC is not in that class.

finally saw a commercial for the oct 4 show, it was a prude sounding english gentleman acting as if the show was a dinner party & kimbo was the host.....real lame & no mention of shamrock....bad advertising move imo to leave out ken
On the 10/4 EXC card being up, it doesn't help that the full card isn't yet final. The TV card is set along with 3 prelims (I'm calling Cristiane Cyborg-Yoko Takahashi a prelim because it's a swing bout), but there are to be 2 more prelims that aren't yet finalized. By the time they are it could be within 2 weeks of the event, which really isn't a lot of time plus there usually aren't recognizable names on the prelim card-this one, though, might be an exception with Mike Aina (should've beaten Nick Diaz) and Seth Petruzelli (former UFC fighter).
