If anything Tyson Griffin is the most worked fighter in the UFC right now.. For three straight fights he's had to go toe-to-toe with the best. At any point Guida and Tavarres could've won, and people wouldn't be thinking he was 'spoon fed.' The fact that Tyson only lost to Edgar of these three is an amazing show of how much talent he has.

Any of those fights could've gone either way. They didn't though. Tyson won it which means he had to do some work to win it. Being fed a fight is Bisping facing Schaefer and Sinosic. Bonnar facing Schaefer. Huerta facing Crane. Maynard facing Veres.. Spoon fed and Tyson Griffin do not mix, and shouldn't ever be.

As for the whole decision thing, no one could say it was going to be a decision for sure. Griffin/Tavarres could've ended in the first round with Griffin getting a submission.

Edit: Also the fact that Tyson lost to Edgar shows that he wasn't being spoon fed. Being spoon fed means your being given fights you'll win.
