Dirty Blues utterly crazy - relaxed - fantasy draft

Right guys, I'm doing a draft and as you can tell, it's gonna be utterly crazy.
Rules.
1. Everyone must select 16 people/characters/Fighters, yes either.
2. The game will start on the 16th of April
3. Why Relaxed you ask? You have 24 hours instead of 12.
4. 6 of your 16 fighters must be MMA fighters. The other must never have competed in a mixed martial arts match
5. All your bouts will be open weight matches.
5. There's no rule that says fighters have to fight other fighters etc.
6. It's so relaxed you don't need to be good at maths.
7. All fights will be contested in 3 x 5 minute rounds in an octagon under the unified rules of MMA
Fight cards will be broken into -
Main Event (no rule)
1 MMA vs MMA Fight
1 None-MMA vs None fight
1 MMA vs None Fight
3 Main Card
1 Beatdown (no rule)
Once all the fight cards are up we'll go through card by card and make the results.
Once that's done we'll all vote on the best of each category.

How would Neo fair against a blanket like Jon Fitch?
How would Chael Sonnen approach a fight with Limp Biscuit who keeps on rolling?
What instruments would Macgyver need to escape Damian Maias choke?
How would Kimbo Slice fair with a lighter but more diverse striker like Nick Diaz?
Who would win in a fight between Rocky and Muhammad Ali? Rambo and the Terminator?
Without even mentioning super heros or Jedis
The combinations are endless

I am unclear of the draft order. Do I need to pick fighters first followed by fantasy characters or does the order matter?

ive been brain storming. the fun part about this game is since there are so few players, we have endless amounts of fighters & characters to work with
i'll be propping JJ for this game for a while
