Din Thomas Denies Wrong Doing, Copy Of Arrest Warrant

Cory Sucher, the lawyer for UFC lightweight fighter Din Thomas, responded to recent charges that his client held illegal cage fighting matches in Florida. The following is provided courtesy of TCPalm.com:

“[Din Thomas] did not break the law that he is being charged with breaking…. These were sparring sessions to get participants experience…. We see this as training sessions, sparring sessions between teammates.”

I dont think that he actually should have been arrested if they were just glorified sparring sessions. If the charge at the door was just a raffle then its not like hwe was promotinga fight or anything really just doesnt make alot of sense to me i guess. I dont really like the guy anyways so i dont care.

This whole situation is a load of crap.......If i was Din i would be in the process of sueing someones assss offf.

And you would lose alot of money! What Din did here is whats known as illegal, not to mention dangerous and bad for the sport. If he wants to hold sparing matches so his fighters can be confortable in front of crowds he can invite all his friends and family to his gym and not make them pay a cover to get in the place. Not having health care proffesionals there is stupid right by itself!

You know good and well Din Thomas has the means to legally do whatever he needs for his fighters.
