Hey. I'm looking for a new diet for two reasons. I am getting married in a year and would really like to slim/tone up, and I want to get back into training. I work out about 3 to 4 times a week. But still eat like Sh*t. I was wondering if anyone had a good diet they would like to share.

I've just started reading about the "optimum Anabolics" program. There's pdf's out there you can find if you look hard enough. it's got a lot on dieting in there.

Protein is your friend......sprinkle in some carbs for good measure and drinks tons of water.....pretty much it.

try this. john parrillo is one of the best nutritionists IMO opinion. check out the male diets on the right side. parillo performance
