In a pivotal match-up between two top middleweights, MMAWeekly.com has confirmed that on Dec. 27 Yushin Okami will return from a lingering hand injury to face submission wizard Dean Lister, as confirmed by Lister’s management group at Haymaker’s Empire.
The fight is set for UFC 92.

Okami should take this one, I can't see Lister winning this one.

i hope this fight is on the undercard, i know both guys are good but they are both so boring. please don't make us watch this fight.

Good point. Probably coaches of next Ultimate fighter will fight for a Title shot, but i'll hold the belt for so long time.
The fight should be Okami x Marquardt, then fight Silva (or cote) in February~March, and the coach winner, fight for title.

okami was supposed to get a title shot and they give him dean lister?
meanwhile cote gets a shot after never having a win over a top ten fighter imo
okami will get the karo/machida treatment since people think he's boring
hendo, marquardt, okami, and the winner of filho v. sonnen need some mutual matchups to determine the real #1 contender

believe me, everyone seems jealous of Cote for getting an early title shot
but i promise once that fight begins, no one will envy Patrick Cote

but then again the MW division has quite a few contenders now. Maia is makin quite a splash in UFC now and he's facin Quarry at 91. Reljic (only had 1 fight in ufc) is fightin leites, but I think reljic will win so that will elimate leites from the picture for right now. rumor has it that bisping and hendo are gonna be coaches on the next tuf so their out of the picture for a quile. but if leben beats bisping then he's a contender.
The MW division is deeper than most people think.
not to mention sakara could do some big things there to

I don't think sakara will cause any impact that can inflict at MW Belt..
I think he can give to us great fights, like Sakara x Cote, Sakara x McFedries, and fights like that..
But I don't see him being dangerous to guys like Hendo, Marquardt and even Bisping!
I think the UFC did right putting Okami x Lister, comom, he's backing from an injury, and face Silva in his return? I call this Suicide
If he wins Lister, HE NEEDS to get his shot.

easily the funniest thing i read all day so props, even if you did laugh at my av ya jerk
(cant give props, gotta spread the love, but its the thought that counts)i cant pick lister here, okami is a beast and unless he isnt 100% yet he should walk through this one to a UD.
