Dana White: UFC Heavyweight Division Best Ever, TUF Makes It Stronger

We're less than a week away from the start of Season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter, and in a commercial to promote the show, UFC President Dana White makes a strong claim: "In UFC history, I don't think our heavyweight division has ever been as exciting as it is now."

The purpose of this commercial is to hype the Ultimate Fighter cast members as beefing up that already exciting heavyweight division, but I'm more interested in what White said about the division as it stands right now.

STORY

yes it is turning into a very good division
with velasquez, Carwin, Dos santos, kongo
of course Mir, Lesnar, Couture and Nogueria
and then Pat Barry and now Todd Duffee
its a waaaaaaayyyyyy better looking division then it was when they made the game

The heavyweight division is the better than ever. but i don't think the ultimate fighter makes it stronger. It might make the division more popular but bringing a guy like kimbo into the UFC isn't much of a leap in the talent pool. Even if kimbo wins the ultimate fight he will get smashed in the UFC.
