"The thing I like about Chael, he's nutty as hell, I mean half the shit the guy says is like what, right? But, he backs it up. When the guy goes in there and fights man he fights. I know this, most guys go in and they're scared when they fight Anderson. They're intimidated. He's got like that (Mike) Tyson aura. People are scared and afraid. Chael Sonnen is not afraid of Anderson Silva. He's not. And that makes it a completely different fight than anybody else he fights."

Let's just wait and see what happens when Mr. Sonnen doesn't have his "friend" to back him up.

If you consider laying on the guy and doing barely anything, then.....yeah!?

I gotta give it to Chael, he doesn't give a shit who Silva has beat and that's what I like most about the guy.

How can anyone argue that this guy isn't going to win his title back!

A walk in the park for the excellence of execution.

Prediction 1: Andee pulls out like the rest of his countrymen due to a "phantom" injury
Prediction 2: Chael TKO - - - 3:25 of rd 3

I agree with Dana.

I'm no Sonnen fan, and man is it hard to say anything nice about him, but this is true.

Chael is not intimidated and I think that's a big reason for his success.

IMO better fighters than Chael have done worse against Anderson in no-small part because of fear.

If I could prop you I would. But you'll have to settle with my undying admiration.

Dude I hate Chael, bbut that is weak. Winning is winning. He fights within the rules to win a fight. If people do not like it, find a way to stop it like Anderson did.

Funny thing is they gave him a license to cheat with an actual performance enhancer.. just not as much enhancement as last time..

So I guess Diaz could use Marijuana suppositories as long as it wouldn't show up in a test with no performance enhancement...

The War on Drugs makes me laugh

All I can say is that I am looking forward to this fight. I only hope it is half as exciting as the first one. I just remember everyone in the bar going holy sh*t, this can't be happening and then the last minute submission after everyone thought the fight was over. A great fight.

I think he's also the first to get Anderson off his game

His trash talk seems to genuinely upset the Spider and it seems fighting with anger doesn't really help Anderson much.

I agree with you

Also Lutter didn't go in scared and actually was doing fairly well until the lazy armbar. However i don't think he would have won the fight in the end.

Anderson and the diaz brothers fight very similar in that they intimidate the hell out of you.

Their kryptonite is someone who is game and just as confident as them

Minor correction: it was a tap to strikes/triangle. Andy was elbowing his skull until he tapped.

I'm not talking about how lutter lost.

Lutter was on top went for a lazy armbar and lost top position. That's what I was talking about
