The guy really grates on my nerves... I can see and appreciate what he's done for the sport...

But enough is enough, he should religate himself to the back office like most company presidents and stop plastering his face all over the TV...

Stop cussing so f'n much, and quit with the affliction shirts, make yourself a figurehead for the sport, not some chucklehead that lives vicariously through the fighters, Be more proffesional...

Start paying your fighters more, at least what they're worth, 3K + 3K win is peanuts... Enough with the "SPIN" that has to be put on everything... Randy quite, say so and move on...

Stop lying to the fans...

Stop catering to casual fans so damn much (putting guys with TV exposure on cards/swing bouts instead of Machida)

And don't hold grudges like a teenager... After all it's a business not a popularity contest...

Good for the sport.

He could be a bit more wise about what he says or doesn't say though. He definitely doesn't want to be a "suit", which is fine, but he doesn't have to be as unprofessional as he is.

He should bring back Matt Lindland and Travis Lutter and apologize to both of them.

I like him personally. He hasn't done that much wrong for the sport IMO. Although a lot of fighters aren't getting payed enough. That's his biggest mistake I can think of.

Overall at this point in his career as the head of the UFC he has done much more positive things than damage.

But I kind of see it as what the Chicago Bulls ran into during the 1989-90 season. Doug Collins worked his ass off and helped make the Bulls a really good team but they could not get "over the hump."

Phil Jackson comes in and the Bulls go on to be the most dominant team in the 90's. Collins did most of the work, but Jackson had the "it" factor to make them champions.

For the UFC White has done all the work but if they want to be with the NFL, NBA, and MLB then they need to make a switch and get someone who can take them to the ESPN level they want **cough Mark Cuban end cough**

Thats just how I see it

He's a great representative of the sport as an entertainment personality. He really clashes with the corporate image that most CEOs project and so he relates well to both fighters and fans.

He's awful as a representative of the sport as part of the established business world. He comes across as crude and not particularly bright and I could see many state sanctioning bodies, sponsors and television networks being leary of doing business with a guy like that.
