It looks like Van Damme & Cro Cop in huge letters, then another word in smaller letters below it-could be "Team" but it's a short word starting with T.

He looks amazing, looks like good form on the elbows too. Gotta train those elbows if he wants to survive in close against Kongo.

Bonjasky looks amazing too. His physique is just perfect for Muay Thai. He is always in great shape!

For those who don't know, apparently Van Damme came over there at some point earlier in this career and trained, etc with him, and they became pretty good friends, from what I've heard.

Watching the count down last night for 74 Couture was training with Lister also that guy is everywhere.
you think training with top level guys his game would get better

i hope we see the hungry mirko that won 2006 OW GP....

he looks ready, yvel needs to get back to active competition or should at least think about entering K-1

Lister usually shows up at different guys camp as they are preparing for a fight, but he pretty much just helps with the bjj part of their training. I'm like you though and beleive if he wanted to he could learn alot from all the people he helps as far as striking and such goes.
