I'll never count Randy out after his fight with Sylvia.. but he said it himself.. Gonzaga is a tough match up for him.. Gonzaga is very dangerous IMO and will be to much for Randy to handle this time around.. I've got Gonzaga winning by KO in the 2nd or 3rd round..

Gonzaga will win by late round stoppage or decision because he the type of fighter Couture struggles with a bigger stronger ground fighter.Which is why he moved to light heavy weight to begin with.

I hope Courture wins this, it would be amazing and it would only add to his already impressive fighting record. He is already a legend but this will definately be impressive if he wins.

Dude seriously, i hope everyone has a game plan when they go into a fight. That would be just dumb. Gonzaga by anything. Randy didnt say he was a bad match up for nothing.

couture by tko-ko in the 4th. gonzaga i don think can take it past the 4th if he does he cant pull nothin off gonzaga is got stupid ko power an thats randy's downfall but i think randy learned from chuck he showed in tha sylvia fight an sylvia got ko power to kicks an punches..

haha! sup man its quisto, Anyway I feel the same way if gonzo cant get the ko/tko in the first 2 rounds forget it. Randy wont gas, I can promise you that and has just tons more time in the ring. This is one of the fights I think is hyped a bit and I know alot of people are sold on Gonzo but Im not yet and yes Ive seen his past fights but just dont feel impressed yet, If he dose beat Randy then ill give him his props.
Another part of me feels like its all not that big of a deal (title wise) because when they sign fedor he's going to get a title shot ASAP and only a act of god would stop him from winning agenst anyone in the UFC IMO.

Mark my words. the longer this fight goes the better it is for Randy. I see this like a Hughes/BJ fight. I think BJ is more talented , but Hughes is always ready to go into the championship rounds. Same thing here. if Gonzaga wins I think it will be in the first 2 rounds. Round 3 on and I take Randy. Also, both Randy and Hughes have had a lot of title fight experience and seem to find a way to win when the odds are stacked against them.

Even though I will be rooting for Couture, my money will be on Gonzaga. Each fight he has looked more and more impressive. I just think he's too much for Couture.

Gonzaga should win this fight, but like I've said before all the intangibles are on Randys side (experience, the crowd, the fighters he trains with, the gym, world class wrestling). Gonzaga has: raw power, great BJJ, knockout strikes and a little better submissions.

Gabriel will take the fight in the 3rd round by late (t)ko, randy isn't going to be able to take gabriel down, i think its gonna be a bad night for randy
