I would really appreciate it if someone can just give me a few notes on the following.
I’m doing sport nutrition on an athlete and obviously I chose a MMA fighter as my specific athlete.
With this I have to state and explain the importance of certain components within the diet of a MMA fighter.
I need to know the importance of these components of a fighters diet;
And how it can affect their training/performance.
I came on here to ask because I’m sure y’all know what you’re talking about
