When it came time for Gina Carano to assemble a fight camp that would prepare her for her toughest career challenge, Randy Couture was a no-brainer.
“There’s not a lot of people that can put it straight and organize you like Randy,” she said during a Thursday teleconference promoting her headlining fight with Cris “Cyborg” Santos on Aug. 15 at Strikeforce.

I really hope Gina wins this fight, if she does she will be the best in the womens fighting no doubt.

I'm curious to see how Carano approaches Cyborg, who is probably the first opponent that Carano can't bully around with her Muay Thai.
(That said, I think some people underestimate Carano's Muay Thai. She knocked around Kaitlin Young, a MT fighter who wiped out 3 women in less than 2 minutes - combined - in one night, 6 months earlier. Young is smaller than Carano and Cyborg, though, which probably made a difference.)
